TL;DR — Copy the block for your product form, replace each bracket with your target value, and send it with your enquiry. A complete specification names variety (or SHU window), origin, form, mesh, moisture, water activity, SHU, ASTA colour and the food-safety parameters for your market — then verify with a lot-specific COA.

Why a written specification pays for itself¶
Heat, colour, texture, safety and shelf life each drift on their own when unspecified. A one-line spec costs nothing to write and saves a failed batch — the buyers who get consistent product are the ones who specify all of it and then verify with a lot COA.
